Welcome to the International Conference on Sustainable Engineering Development (ICSED-2023) organized by the Dhaka University of Engineering & Technology (DUET), Gazipur, Bangladesh, from 13-14 June 2023. The conference will consider both physical and online participation. The conference aims to gather more than 100 researchers’ in five research areas (but not limited to): Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Energy Engineering, Water and Environment Engineering, and Information & Communication technology. The ICSED-2023 will be a 2-day event intending to gather researchers, academics, scientists, students, industrial communities, and policymakers worldwide to present innovative research works and exchange ideas in their respective fields. In addition, the conference also offers opportunities for different areas delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face to establish research relationships to collaborate with global partners. The main objective of ICSED-2023 is to create an effective platform for researchers and technical experts to share their recent ideas, innovations, and problem-solving techniques in the multi-disciplinary areas of Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Energy Engineering, Water and Environment Engineering, and Information & Communication technology.

Potential researchers interested in presenting their scholarly articles in the ICSED- 2023 can submit research papers or extended abstracts. The selected research papers will be published in the DUET Journal, Energy and Thermofluids Engineering Journal, and Journal of Renewable Energy and Technology. All other research papers and abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings.
